Encouragement & Strength pt.3
I can truly say there are times when I feel alone or as though no one has to struggle as much as I do or go through what I am or have gone through. The scriptures plainly says that you are not alone in your walk andit also says that The Most High will never leave us nor forsake us. There is a greater reward for us if we endure through the struggle. It's not easy by far but we have the tools to overcome and there is always comfort in knowing that your fellow sister's and brother's are standing strong going through tough times and are overcoming tough times. If we continue to send up prayers for one another and walk accordingly using the power of HIS name we will be fine. We have to be grounded in the word, spiritually and physically as much as we possibly can.
King James Version Bible
1 Peter 5: 6-11
6 - Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:
7 - Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
8 - Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
9 - Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.
10 - But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.
11 - To him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
(Notice in verse 9 it says that all of our brethren in the world are going through the same afflictions..)
Hebrews 13:5-6
5 - Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
6 - So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
Psalms 124:8
Our help is in the name of the LORD, who made heaven and earth.
Isaiah 35:10
And the ransomed of the LORD shall return, and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy upon their heads: they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.
Let's get into a habit of praying without ceasing for one another and ourselves that we may endure and make it in troubled times. We all know that it's only going to get harder more sooner than later and we will need to have a great foundation in order to stay strong and continue on this long road.
I love you all and I pray we continue in the faith with all praises to The Most High!
